CONTROS HydroC™
The CONTROS HydroC™ CO2 sensor is a unique underwater dioxide sensor for in-situ and online measurements of dissolved CO2. The versatile HydroC™ CO2 is suitable for platform installations (e.g. ROV s or AUV s), long-term deployments (e.g. buoys and moorings) as well as for profiling applications (e.g. water sampling rosettes). Fields of application include: ocean acidification research, climate studies, air-sea gas exchange, limnology, fresh water control, aquaculture/fish farming, carbon capture and storage – monitoring, measurement and verification (CCS-MMV).
PTF - Wireless Vantage Pro2
Vantage Pro2™ (6152, 6153) and Vantage Pro2™ Plus (6162, 6163) Wireless Weather Stations include two components: the Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) which houses and manages the external sensor array, and the console which provides the user interface, data display, and calculations. The ISS and Vantage Pro2 console communicate via an FCC‐certified, license‐free, spread‐spectrum frequency‐hopping (FHSS) transmitter and receiver. Userselectable transmitter ID codes allow up to eight stations to coexist in the same geographic area. The frequency hopping spread spectrum technology provides greater communication strength over longer distances and areas of weaker reception. The Wireless Vantage Pro2 Plus weather station includes two additional sensors that are optional on the Vantage Pro2: the UV sensor and the solar radiation sensor.

CTD IDRONAUT 316
The OCEAN SEVEN 316Plus CTD multiparameter probe is the evolution of the well-known OCEAN SEVEN 316 probe, more than 1000 units sold all over the world. The Ocean Seven 316Plus is equipped with the well-known IDRONAUT full ocean depth, pump-free and long-term stability sensors. Central to which, is the high accuracy seven-platinum-ring quartz conductivity cell (patented), which can be cleaned in the field without the need for re-calibration. This unique quartz cell employs a large diameter (8 mm) and a short length (46 mm) to guarantee self-flushing and no clogging after long-term deployment even in biologically active waters. Competitors' sensors, which present few mm only of cell orifice and very long cell length, are prone to clog even if protected by dangerous and poisonous antifouling devices. The OCEAN SEVEN 316Plus CTD multiparameter probe does not require pumps or any other external device to flush the sensors, which minimizes its power consumption and allows the use in Arctica and Antarctica. However, pump is optional. For added flexibility, the OCEAN SEVEN 316Plus CTD multiparameter probe can be operated in either verbose or non-verbose mode, the latter being especially convenient for system integrations on buoys, ROVs and AUVs, thus making this probe an ideal choice for both on-line profiling and self-recording moored applications. Acquired data is output using the standard RS232C interface which provides 20Hz sampling rate with REDAS-5 software. Telemetry option is available for on-line full ocean depth, real-time data transmission. Other interfaces like RS422 and wireless Bluetooth® can be optionally installed. The OCEAN SEVEN 316Plus CTD multiparameter probe can also optionally accommodate up to a maximum of 16 sensor analogue inputs, including 2 digital inputs, which can, if required, be added later.
PTF - NortekAWAC
The Nortek AWAC is a revolutionary instrument that gives you both a current profiler and a wave directional system in one unit. You can measure the current speed and direction in 1-m thick layers from the bottom to the surface and you can measure long waves, storm waves, short wind waves, or transient waves generated by local ship traffic. The AWAC is designed as a coastal monitoring system. It is small, rugged, and suitable for multi-year operation in tough environments. It can be operated online or in stand-alone mode with an internal recorder and batteries. The sensor is usually mounted in a frame on the bottom, protected from the harsh weather and passing ship traffic. The mechanical design is all plastic and titanium to avoid corrosion. Online systems can be delivered with protected cables, interface units on shore, acoustic modems and backup batteries. In stand-alone use, the raw data are stored to the recorder, and power comes from an external battery pack. A variety of options are available to achieve your required combination of deployment length and sampling interval.

ADIGE - Seabird SBE 19 Plus V2
The SBE 19plus V2 SeaCAT measures conductivity, temperature, and pressure at 4 scans/sec (4 Hz) and provides high accuracy and resolution, reliability, and ease-of-use for a wide range of research, monitoring, and engineering applications. Pump-controlled, T-C ducted flow minimizes salinity spiking caused by ship heave and allows for slow descent rates without slowing sensor responses, improving dynamic accuracy and resolving small scale structure in the water column. The 19plus V2 supports numerous auxiliary sensors with six A/D channels and one RS-232 data channel. Data is recorded in memory and can also be output in real-time in engineering units or raw HEX. Nine alkaline D-cells provide power for up to 60 hours of profiling.

Secchi disk for sea
The Secchi disk, as created in 1865 by Angelo Secchi, is a plain white, circular disk (30 cm in diameter or approximately 12 inches) used to measure water transparency in bodies of water. The disc is mounted on a pole or line, and lowered slowly down in the water. The depth at which the disk is no longer visible is taken as a measure of the transparency of the water. This measure is known as the Secchi depth and is related to water turbidity. Since its invention the disk has also been used in a modified, smaller 20 cm diameter, black and white design to measure freshwater transparency.
Tilting thermometer
Frame of a Magnaghi TILTING THERMOMETER to measure the water temperature at a chosen depth: the instrument is lowered to the desired depth by means of a cable connected to a winch; to stop changes in the reading during the ascent, a mechanical device causes the reversal so that the mercury column is broken, indicating the temperature at that depth.
